Energy audit for a complete control of photovoltaic installations. We develop complete technical audits for our photovoltaic systems in order to identify problems and choose together with customers a plan of actions aimed at improving performance and productivity.
Continuous monitoring 365 days a year through our remote monitoring system EOSystem, patented by 9REN, and our remote reset system RENallert. Our teams monitor 24/7 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) over 160 MW PV plants, through a Customer Service open Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 18.00. Thanks to our innovative monitoring systems we offer quick responses, intelligent actions and asset control.
Precautionary and corrective maintenance with control and costs optimization. We share a plan of actions with our customers for preventing any faults that might occur over time. We act promptly to solve any system faults.
Continuous reporting and faults updating for customers. Reporting can be monthly, quarterly or half-yearly, depending on specific needs. We update our customers with a detailed report on plant stops and quick response when necessary. We also provide customers with a warranty for 24hours/7days online access to plants for a constant monitoring of their performance. On customers’ demand we create intuitive intervention reports with value-added information aimed at improving systems’ performance.
Research and development to find new solutions and tools to be implemented on both our assets and third-party plants, aimed at optimizing performance.
